These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online orders placed with Abbey Blinds Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Definitions
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” – the person placing the order.
- “Goods” – blinds, fittings, accessories, or any products supplied by Abbey Blinds Group.
- “Made‑to‑measure items” – products manufactured to your specific measurements, specifications, or fabric choices.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Orders are placed via our website and are confirmed by email.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all measurements, colours, fabric selections, and specifications submitted are accurate.
3.3 For made‑to‑measure blinds, we cannot amend orders once production has started.
4. Product Descriptions
4.1 We aim to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, batch differences, or material characteristics.
4.2 Fabric samples are provided free of charge upon request for more accurate colour assessment. RECOMMENDED IN ALL SITUATIONS BEFORE PURCHASE IS MADE
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
5.2 Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5.3 Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch.
5.4 We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
6. Production & Delivery
6.1 Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
6.2 Shipping delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control.
6.3 Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at checkout.
6.4 Risk of damage or loss passes to you once delivery is made.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Made‑to‑Measure Goods
- Under UK consumer law, made‑to‑measure items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7.2 Standard Products
- Non‑custom items may be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Made‑to‑Measure Goods
- These products are exempt from standard “change of mind” returns.
- We will only accept returns if the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
8.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
- You must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or evidence to assess the fault.
- If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
8.3 Return Process
- Goods must be returned in original condition unless faulty.
- Return instructions will be provided upon request.
9. Warranty
9.1 All blinds and components come with a 36 month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
9.2 The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
10. Installation
10.1 You are responsible for ensuring blinds are installed safely and in accordance with instructions.
10.2 We are not liable for damage caused during self‑installation.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 We are not responsible for:
- Losses caused by incorrect measurements
- Delays outside our control
- Consequential or indirect losses
11.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 We collect personal data solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England & Wales.
